Nelson Makossa, from the duo Irmãos Makossa and the collectives Afromats Crew and Afro Groove Collective Dj’s, is an African music collector from the 70s and 80s. In his sets he presents “África em Vinil”, a musical journey across the African continent through vinyl that rarely leave the trunk, already counting on a monthly program on the online radio Yé Yé.
Nelson Makossa is already an icon of deejaying when it comes to African rhythms in Portuguese territory and he also has been conquering other countries, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and France.
