their places of origin – Vidigueira and Alvito, in Baixo Alentejo. Based on original compositions and the traditional Alentejo songbook, Oh Laurinda present their first album, which is a happy encounter, where tradition and modernity coexist, sharing a rich and varied musical history, thus giving Cante a new sound.
The album, produced by musician and singer-songwriter Paulo Ribeiro, also features the special participation of musicians Jorge Moniz (Drums and Programming) and Daniel Neto (Guitar), who are now joined by Luís Barrigas (Keyboards) and Renato Chantre (Bass).It was recorded, mostly at Musiberia Studios, mixed by João Martins at Ponto Zurca Studio and Mastered by Rui Dias at Mister Master Studio.
